Ask for help before going home.

90 - 100% 4 or ME Meets w/Excellence

70   - 89% 3 or MP Meets Proficiency

50   - 69% 2 or  DP Approaches Proficiency

0   -    49% 1 or  WB Well Below Proficiency

CONSEQUENCES

1. Name on board = Warning (verbal/non-verbal)

2. 1^st check next to name = Removal from activity (Time out)

3. 2^nd check next to name = No recess & removal

from activity

4. 3^rd check next to name = Send to office with

referral and notify parents

Daily Reading/Math

Please make sure all homework is finished everyday to ensure that your child will feel successful at learning and progress can be made. If your child still has difficulty, write me a note and I will be sure that (s)he gets the help needed to understand and work independently.

Reading Log

Your child should be reading at least 20 minutes everyday. (S)He can read anything of his/her choice: newspaper, book, and magazine. This is purely for the enjoyment of reading.
